On early spring mornings, delicate oolongs flourish on misty hills, while Hua An’s Iron Buddha oolong offers bright nutty notes and a floral finish. From Mount Wuyi’s highlands, our pinewood-smoked Lapsang Souchong delights with dried longan, honey, and subtle wood smoke.
